Win Your Order Back Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The "Win Your Order Back" or "WYOB" competition ("Competition") is open to all customers who have placed an order on www.esportsgear.uk ("Website").
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate and be residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Employees of Esports Gear Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition.

2. Entry:

  • The "Competition Entry Page" is hosted at: https://esportsgear.uk/pages/win
  • Entry into the Competition is based on the customer taking a photo of their Esports Gear order products upon delivery and posting it on at least one of the social media platform(s) specified on the Competition Entry Page, such as Twitter (X) or Instagram, and tagging our official company page/profile. Entrants must then submit the post URL through the web form located on the Competition Entry Page along with the required information, such as Full Name, Email Address, and Esports Gear Order Number.
  • Entrants must have placed an order on the Esports Gear Website within the same calendar quarter as their Competition entry submission to qualify for entry into the Competition.
  • Entry into the Competition is free. Eligible entrants must have placed a qualifying order on the Website and completed the entry requirements described above.
  • Entrants confirm they have the right to use and submit any photos or content entered into the Competition.

3. Duration:

  • The Competition runs continuously throughout the year and is divided into the following quarterly entry periods:

    1 January – 31 March
    1 April – 30 June
    1 July – 30 September
    1 October – 31 December

  • Eligible entries submitted during a quarter will be entered into that quarter’s prize draw unless the Competition is cancelled in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Selection of Winner:

  • One winner will be selected randomly each quarter from all eligible entrants received during the applicable quarterly entry period.
  • The winner will be contacted via email within 14 days of the end of the applicable quarterly entry period.
  • The winner will be required to respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Prize:

  • The prize for the Competition is a full refund on the total cost of the winner's qualifying order placed on the Website.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Publicity:

  • By entering the Competition, entrants agree to allow Esports Gear Limited to use their name, submitted social media content, and the photo(s) they submitted of their products for promotional purposes related to the Competition, including announcing the winner on the Website and social media channels.

7. Data Protection:

  • Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by Esports Gear Limited for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

8. General:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a virus, technical error, or other cause beyond our reasonable control.
  • By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Esports Gear Limited acting reasonably, which shall be final in all matters related to the Competition.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
