Although we're receiving a huge amount of orders, we're seeing almost no delays, but we do ask that if your delivery is delayed slightly due to the high volume of shipments our shipping partners are dealing with, that you please stay patient during this difficult time - we promise they're doing their very best <3

Delivery FAQs

Order before 4pm Monday to Friday to receive your gear on the next working day.

Example: Order on Monday at 3pm and your order will be processed and shipped same-day to be with you on Tuesday. Or place your order after 4pm on Friday and it will be processed and shipped on Monday to be with you on Tuesday

Express Delivery:
Example 1: Order on a Monday at 2pm, your order will be processed and shipped the same day, and will be with you on Tuesday.

No Rush Delivery:

I’m afraid not. We don’t currently offer a weekend delivery option, but this may change in the future.

Yes. You’ll receive an email notification when your gear leaves our warehouse and one more once courier tracking is added to your order. You can also check for tracking updates at any time on our Track Your Order page.

If you’ve received your ‘Order Shipped’ email, this means your gear has been picked up by the courier from our warehouse. You’ll then receive an email once tracking has been added to your order later that evening, or in some cases the following morning depending on the courier. Please keep an eye out on the Track Your Order page for updates.

It can take a few hours for tracking to be updated by the courier and in some cases it will be available the following morning. You’ll get a notification when tracking is added, and you can keep an eye on the Track Your Order page.

We currently use DPD as our main shipping partner, but also use TNT (FedEx), UK Mail (DHL), and Parcel Force.

Usually, yes! To get you the best price and availability, sometimes we source our products directly from the vendor or distribution partners, so on rare occasions, you may receive more than one delivery for your gear. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged any extra - you’ll get our supercheap flat rate delivery fee as normal.

Our courier will attempt redelivery on the following 2 consecutive working days (Mon-Fri). If this doesn’t suit, please refer to the calling card (paper slip) that the courier leaves to say they missed you, and simply follow the instructions on there to re-arrange the delivery to suit your availability.

In the very unlikely situation where an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll investigate for you. Our warehouses use cutting-edge camera and weight technology to confirm which items are packed in the box by our team before it leaves the building, so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Having to return your gear is always an unwanted task, so we've made it as simple as possible. We recommend having a quick browse at our Returns Policy for more detailed information, prior to following the steps below.

Returns FAQs

Simply follow the steps on this page and fill out the returns form (to the left-hand side on desktop and below on if you’re viewing on your mobile)

If the item arrives with a fault then we’ll pick it up and ship you a new one free of charge. If you’ve just changed your mind and no longer want the item, then you’ll need to cover the shipping costs to get it back to us.

If you notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery and the product is ‘as new’, unused and it’s original packaging, then you’re entitled to a full refund, switch to a different product we have in stock or store credit - no problem. You’ll just need to cover the shipping costs back to us and make sure you’ve followed the guidelines on our Privacy Policy.

We have a Dead On Arrival (DOA) period of 30 days, so you can return your product(s) for a replacement, store credit or refund, however, please first and one of our specialists will help troubleshoot the problem before you send it back. See our Returns Policy for more info.

The item has started showing a fault, how do I get it fixed? We’ve got you covered. If a fault occurs with any of your gear outwith the 30 days Dead On Arrival (DOA) period, then as long as your item is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you’re entitled to a warranty repair or replacement, depending on the product. Fill out the form on this page with your details and we’ll take care of the rest.

The simplest way to find the status of your order is to login to your account and check the order page.

"I didn't create an account", you say?  How are you meant to keep up to date with all the latest and greatest news?!  Not to worry, scroll down for an explanation on all the stages of your order and the notifications you'll receive.


Order Confirmed ✅ Welcome to the fam, <3!

As soon as your order is successfully placed, you'll receive the confirmation email laying out all the details of your order, from items purchased, delivery address, payment method and more.

Your order will then be reviewed by our team and sent down to our warehouse, ready to be picked, packed and passed to the courier!

Order Fulfilled / A shipment is on the way

Once our courier has picked up your gear from the warehouse, you'll be informed by email.  At this stage, I'm afraid it's too late to make any changes to your order, please check the FAQs on this page for more details on the options.

Order Shipping Update

We'll add tracking details to your order as soon as we receive it from the courier, at which time you'll receive a notification.  Please bear in mind that tracking often takes a few hours to update from initially being picked up from our warehouse and in some cases will be added the following morning depending on the pickup time.

Ordering FAQs

If you'd like to change out a product or amend the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible and we'll get it sorted for you.  However, if your order has been picked up from our warehouse or you've received a shipping confirmation email, we'll be unable to change your details at this point.

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been picked up from our warehouse or you've received the shipping confirmation email.  If this point has passed, the easiest option is to refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to drop it off, otherwise the order falls under the 'I've changed my mind' category of returns, and you'll need to cover the shipping costs to return the item to us.

In the rare situation that one of the products you've ordered is out of stock, we'll inform you straight away to provide and ETA and aim to offer you an alternative.  Of course, you'll be entitled to a refund which you can receive as store credit or credited to your original payment method.

As soon as your gear has been picked up by the courier, your order status will be updated to 'Fulfilled'.

Example 1: Order on a Monday at 5pm, your order will be picked up on Tuesday and set to 'Fulfilled'

Example 2: Order on Friday 5pm, your order will be processed Monday, picked up by the courier on Tuesday and set to 'Fulfilled.

Orders automatically cancelled and refunded at the point of submission are due to our anti-fraud software operating on the site, which detect suspicous activity and patterns.  If you feel this was a mistake, please contact us and we'll arrange an alternative payment method for you.

Payment FAQs

Not on our watch! We don’t believe in passing charges onto our customers. There’s nothing more annoying than seeing the total cost jump up just as you’re about to finish your order.

If you pay using your card or PayPal, payment will be taken right after you complete the Payment section during checkout.  If you've chosen Klarna's 'Pay later', you will be charged 30 days after the product has been shipped.

No, we don’t store any of your payment information on our website. All of your card/payment details are passed through PayPal or Shopify’s secure gateway. For more peace of mind, check out our Privacy Policy.

This can happen when you pay using PayPal before confirming your billing address with them. PayPal check your card details against your registered address and if they are missing or don’t match, your card will be refunded immediately.

PayPal offer this service as an additional layer of fraud protection. Utilising this feature helps us guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft. This means that we only send your gear to your confirmed addresses when payment is made using PayPal.

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and we will start the process of your refund immediately. If we have taken the payment, it usually only takes 3-4 working days, but some banks may take a little longer. Please note: If your order has already been shipped then we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case you can follow the steps on our Returns page for “Changed your mind”.

Warranty Information

Gear bought over 30 days ago will be covered by the manufacturers warranty.  The simplest and quickest method to resolve your repair/replacement is to contact the manufacturer directly.  Please see table below for direct links to the manufacturers support site. That said, we are still here to help should you have any questions.

Most warranties won't cover general wear and tear or misuse of the product which has resulted in a fault.
