Please note that orders placed after 4pm Thursday 9th April will ship on Tuesday 14th for delivery on Wednesday 15th (if you chose 'Next Day Delivery'), or Thursday 16th/Friday 17th if you chose 'No Rush Delivery'.

There may be a slight delay due to the Easter backlog with our couriers, so hang in there! :)


🟢 COVID-19 Update

We're happy to still be operating and delivering your orders as normal while keeping our team safe.

Our team and shipping partners are working their very hardest to make sure you get your gear on time with our normal delivery turnaround times as listed below.

Although we're receiving a huge amount of orders, we're seeing almost no delays, but we do ask that if your delivery is delayed slightly due to the high volume of shipments our shipping partners are dealing with, that you please stay patient during this difficult time - we promise they're doing their very best <3

No Rush Delivery: 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) = £5.47

Next Day Delivery: Next working day (Mon-Fri) = £6.99

Please Note: Orders with Next Day Delivery must be made before 4pm to have your gear delivered to you the next working day - Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Last orders of the week must be made before 4pm on Thursday to receive your gear on Friday.

Orders made after 4pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, and delivered to your door on Tuesday.

Delivery FAQs

For now we’re focusing on providing the UK with the best selection of premium gaming gear and game-changing customer service in the market.

We use the UK’s leading delivery partners to make sure your gear is delivered on time, safe and sound. DPD, TNT, UK Mail and ParcelForce are our superfast delivery heroes of choice.

Usually, yes! To get you the best price and availability, sometimes we source our products directly from the vendor or distribution partners, so on rare occasions you may receive more than one delivery for your gear. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged ay extra - you’ll get our supercheap flat rate delivery fee as normal.

Our courier will attempt re-delivery on the following 2 consecutive working days (Mon-Fri). If this doesn’t suit, please refer to the slip the courier leaves to say they missed you, and simply follow the instructions on there to re-arrange the delivery to suit.

Most of our No Rush deliveries are only £5.47, however, if some of your gear has to ship from a different warehouse, this can sometimes change to £6.99. This might mean the rest of your order will arrive later in the day from a different courier.

In the highly unique situation where an item is missing from your order, please contact us here within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll investigate for you. Don’t worry, we’ll get you sorted in no time.

If you’re not in when our courier tries to deliver, then they may leave it with a suitable neighbour if it’s safe to do so. If not, then they’ll attempt re-delivery the following 2 consecutive working days (Mon-Fri), or you can refer to the slip they left and arrange a re-delivery to suit. You may also call them and arrange to collect it from the local depot if you’d prefer not to wait.
